How much Energy does a USDT transfer need?

Understand TRX999’s 65,000 and 131,000 Energy packages, why two units are different and how to check your wallet estimate before renting.

There is no guaranteed transfer count attached to a fixed Energy amount. Preview the actual USDT TRC-20 transfer in your wallet, using the intended sender and recipient. Compare the estimated requirement with your available resources before choosing a rental.

65,000 versus 131,000 Energy

TRX999 offers 65,000 Energy for 2 TRX and 131,000 Energy for 4 TRX, each for 1 hour. The second package is explicitly allocated 131,000 Energy, not 130,000. This is our package rule, not a statement that the network charges a fixed amount for every transfer.

What do “1 unit” and “2 units” mean?

These are package labels. For illustration, a transfer estimated at 64,000 Energy fits within 65,000 available Energy, while one estimated at 130,000 needs more than that smaller package. These numbers are examples, not current network quotes. A 131,000 Energy package may be used by one higher-consumption transfer; it does not guarantee two successful transfers.

Check again when the transfer changes

Do not reuse an old estimate after changing the recipient or transaction. TRON’s estimation documentation notes that estimates reflect the current state and cannot guarantee a later transaction’s success. Review the wallet’s latest estimate before sending.

If neither package is enough

If the estimated need exceeds the resources you will have available, do not assume the two-unit package will cover it. Contact support before paying. This website offers only the two displayed packages. For multiple transfers, check remaining resources after each transfer instead of assuming the original amount is still available.
